Enitan Oyenuga is a Human Resource professional with vast experience and knowledge in Human Resource and Organizational Development. Her career experiences span Change Management & Culture Transformation, Talent Management, Business Partnering, Succession Development and HR Strategy Development.
She is currently Lead Partner at HR-EX, a HR professional services firm, that works closely with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to drive Business growth and sustainability by co-creating long
term people and organizational plans and embedding rock solid HR processes, practices and systems. Until recently (July 2018), she served as Business Unit HR Director for Coca-Cola, West Africa. In this role, she was responsible for partnering with the Business to drive the talent and organization agenda for the Business Unit across 33 markets.
Prior to this, she was General Manager, Human Resources in Lafarge-Holcim where she led major organization changes for the Business and sat as part of the Business Leadership team partnering with
them to implement Business strategy and people & organization transformation agenda which was significant during her time there.
Enitan started her HR Career in Diageo (Guinness Nigeria Plc) in 2004, where she held various roles including Talent Manager for Guinness Cameroon responsible for developing and implementing Talent strategies for the Business. Prior to leaving the company in 2013, she was responsible for leading the Talent Agenda across West Africa and Strategic Resourcing for Diageo globally.
Enitan holds a master’s degree in HR & Organizational Behavior and a bachelor’s degree in Law and an Executive Diploma in Strategic Digital Marketing from Cambridge University. She is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel development (CIPD).
